The Best Buddies Arizona Leadership Training Day welcomes 350 high school and college students as well as teacher advisors from 38 campuses in Arizona where they receive disability awareness training, leadership development and skills they will need to lead their chapters.

Approximately 300 prominent guests attend this extraordinary private event at the private residence of one of our favorite local personalities. Each year the theme of the event changes and includes a gourmet dinner, outstanding entertainment, and dancing. The Spirit of Friendship Event brings celebrities, government officials, famous artists, major philanthropists, and power-brokers together for an evening of fundraising and awareness for Best Buddies Arizona.
Past attendees include: Best Buddies Founder Anthony Shriver, Kurt and Brenda Warner, Mad TV Comedian Frank Caliendo, NFL Players Larry Fitzgerald and Matt Leinart, Baywatch Beauty Gina Lee Nolan and the Honorable Governor Jan Brewer.
